Rebecca Miller is an established event specialist, with more than 10 years of extensive experience managing, planning and catering weddings, corporate events, large banquet services and intimate social gatherings. Miller was previously general manager and director of catering for The Regatta Place and corporate events manager at OceanCliff Hotel – both located in Newport. While working at The Regatta Place, Miller was instrumental in earning the venue the Wedding Wire’s Couples Choice Award for four consecutive years. In 2013, she was a 2013 recipient of the Stars of the Industry “Emerging Leader” award from the Rhode Island Hospitality Association.
A native of Rhode Island, Ryan's culinary career started to flourish once graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. He recently spent the last three years in Aspen, Colorado honing his skills while working under the best chefs in the area at locations including Casa Tua, Justice Snows’, and the Cliffhouse Restaurant. During his time in Aspen, he regularly cooked for celebrities and athletes in the restaurant and at private events during the Aspen Food & Wine Festival, and Winter X Games. Ryan joined G Hospitality as the Executive Chef of the Rooftop at the Providence G in the spring of 2018, where is is responsible for all menu development, execution, and leadership of his culinary team. Chef Ryan is constantly driven by his love of local, fresh, and seasonal products that allow his creativity to shine through dishes on his seasonally inspired menus.
